  • Declaration on honor (in lieu of the extract from the Criminal Records) ;
  • Name of the Enterprise ;
  • Enterprise Head Office Address ;
  • Nature of activities (to be determined) ;
  • Photocopy of a valid ID (voter card, passport or driving license).

For a company (SA, SARL and SARLU)

A letter of request to the General Manager of One-stop Shop for incorporation with a file containing :

  • Articles of the company in 4 copies and a copy in word format to be published in the Gazette ;
  • Subscription and payment statement ;
  • Payment evidence of the share capital or extract from bank account ;
  • Specimen signature of the Manager ;
  • Photocopy of valid ID of the Manager and all associates (voter card, passport or driving license).
